  • Do transactions on any account on which you are an authorized user.

  • Get staff help at any time during an APL session (during office hours only).

When you call APL2, (909) 983-0091, remember...

  • Have your Member Number handy.
  • Do not write your Member Number or Personal Access Code.
  • APL2 system will guide you through each transaction.
  • You may press 0 for credit union assistance during credit union business hours.
  • Press * to return to the previous menu.

Block access during non-business hours with APL
If your ATM or debit card is lost or stolen, report it immediately to the credit union via the OMSEFCU Audio Phone Line (APL2) system. Follow these steps to block access during non-business hours:

  • Call APL2 at (909) 983-0091.
  • Enter your member number, your PIN (not your ATM/VISA Check PIN), and press 3 for Other Activity; then press 2 to report a lost or stolen ATM or debit card; then press 1 to report the card as lost OR press 2 to report the card as stolen.
  • This will immediately block your card and protect your account from unauthorized withdrawals.
