With Zelle, Secure Chat + Messaging and Instant-Issue cards, we’re taking your membership to a whole new level!

OMSEFCU is always working hard to offer more remote delivery options to meet the evolving needs of our members. This in turn continues to add value to your membership! That's why we've launched three new services to help meet the increased demand of our members!

Secure Chat + Secure Messaging:

Secure Chat enables you to access instant support from a live person! Secure Messaging enables end-to-end encrypted exchanges of files and information. These new features work on both desktop computers and mobile devices.

How to Use:

Mobile App Access:

  • Tap "More" (bottom right corner)
  • "Chat Now" and "Secure Messaging" appear as options

Computer Access:

  • Click "Additional Services" from the menu across the top of the website
  • "Chat Now" and "Secure Messaging" appear as options
  • There is also a blue "Chat Now" link on the right side of online banking that can instantly launch a chat session

Zelle:

Zelle is a fast, safe and easy way to send money directly between almost any account in the U.S., typically within minutes. With just an email address or U.S. mobile phone number, members can send money to people they trust, regardless of where the bank. Members can send money to friends, family and others. Since money is sent directly from the member's account to another person's account within minutes, it's important to only send money to people you trust and you should always ensure you've used the correct email address or U.S. mobile number. 

Instant Issue:

No more waiting for your new VISA Debit or Credit Card to arrive! Get your cards instantly for immediate use after being issued in our branch. There is no more delay or worrying about cards getting lost in the mail. This is also a great option when your card gets lost, damaged or stolen. Just come in to the branch to get a new card issued.
